It’s easier to ignore than to respond.
So you want to make it as easy as possible to respond.
Simply ask them something of interest that’s related to your offer.
Remember that your brand matters more than the DM that you send.
If you build your brand the right way - people are excited to get to chat with you.
If your brand sucks then your chance of getting ghosted goes through the roof.

And also a qualifier.
If you’re a fitness coach you could ask whether they’re looking to “lose weight or build muscle.”
Here they have two options - but either way you’re qualifying them.
Another fun one is “are you [type of person] or just enjoying the content?”
